Our spinning infrastructure at Motherland Textile India includes machinery from Lakshmi Machine Works, Truetzschler and Rieter with the capability to produce 7000 tons of high-quality yarn per annum. Our textile engineers and quality analysts adopt rigid quality control measures to sustain the consistency and quality of our produced yarns.

Our spinning unit has 23,040 spindles to produce wide-ranging yarns including Micro Modal, Tencel (Standard Tencel, Tencel A100, Tencel LF), Ecovero, Modal Cotton and Tencel Cotton Blends suitable for both weaving and knitting applications. We use Compact Ring and Siro spinning techniques to produce an extensive range of 100% cellulosic yarns, with counts ranging from NE 16/1 to NE 80/1.

The sizing process helps enhance the performance and durability of yarns during the weaving process. During the sizing process, the yarn is treated with specialized chemicals like starch to make it more resilient and efficient for weaving.

Our unit houses two hi-tech sizing machines including the advanced Karl Meyer which enables us to achieve a production of up to 6 lakh kgs per month. These machines are equipped with double-size or SOW-BOX. The Karl Meyer machine with a 24-beam creel capacity helps us to improve quality and production.

We sustain a strong presence in the Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Delhi market segments, besides making our mark in exports to South Korea, Israel, Belgium, Bangladesh and Italy.

Sulzer

We have 100 Sulzer projectile PU-153 inch looms which allows us to produce up to 35000 mts per day. We run viscose, cotton, modal and OE quality in our Sulzer loom. We also run polyester cotton fabrics and polyester denier weft yarn. We manufacture and supply custom fabrics as per customer specifications and industry norms.

AirJet

Our AirJet division established in 2015, now consists of 200 PICANOL, SUMMUM & OMNI-PLUSi looms (which include 190 cm 230 cm 280cm and 340cm). Our AirJet looms can reach up to the speed of 1250 rpm.
